This data product centralizes, normalizes, and valorizes complex Spanish electricity market price information from official sources (REE, OMIE). Through Empower-X, it provides access to a detailed historical dataset with hourly resolution, segmented by different access tariffs (from 2.0TD to 6.3TD) and broken down by geographical zones.

This use case acts as a single source of truth (Trusted Data Provider), allowing energy retailers, energy managers, and prosumers to integrate this information into their billing simulations and procurement strategies. When combined with other datasets using Compute-to-Data capabilities, it facilitates the training of demand flexibility algorithms and automatic load shifting to off-peak hours, driving economic savings in a secure and interoperable environment.
